Week 2...

Hey hey...

It was a good week. I hit the gym hard (6 days. I rest on Sunday) and ate ok. I weighed myself on Sunday and came in at a petite 243lbs. That is down approximately from 249lbs. Not a bad week if I do say so myself. Here is this weeks pic:



I had a guy I have met in the past approach me tonight about a personal fitness consultation. For $75 he would sit down with me for 45 min. and set a program for me to follow and lose all my wieght in about 4 months. I told him I would think about it...and I have. Nah. I don't need to be told. I know what to do, and I am doing it just fine. Thanks for the offer Kevin, but I am gonna save my money. Good luck with the fitness consulting though, and keep your head up. I'm out for this week.

A private little blog

This is going to be a private blog...for now anyway. I decided I wanted to document my weightloss, somewhat inspired by my new found gym ethic as well as the reality TV show The Biggest Loser. Anyway, I will be writing periodically as well as posting pictures of my voyage to 190 lbs. or so. I worked out 6 days last week, so I am a little behind on the photo posting to start with, but without further adeu, I give you me, on January 17, 2005. This is after my evening workout.



I did 30 minutes on the eliptical machine
I did 10 minute on the bike
I did 20 minutes on the treadmill
I did 25 bench-press reps with 30 lbs on each side once, followed by 15 reps, same weight.
I did a series of ab workouts also.
