Week 2...
Hey hey...
It was a good week. I hit the gym hard (6 days. I rest on Sunday) and ate ok. I weighed myself on Sunday and came in at a petite 243lbs. That is down approximately from 249lbs. Not a bad week if I do say so myself. Here is this weeks pic:
I had a guy I have met in the past approach me tonight about a personal fitness consultation. For $75 he would sit down with me for 45 min. and set a program for me to follow and lose all my wieght in about 4 months. I told him I would think about it...and I have. Nah. I don't need to be told. I know what to do, and I am doing it just fine. Thanks for the offer Kevin, but I am gonna save my money. Good luck with the fitness consulting though, and keep your head up. I'm out for this week.
